What is reserved portion and invalid transfer?

What if the deceased left all his property to only one heir or exclude you while sharing his property?

Heirs also have “reserved portion” of share in heritage. Therefore, it is not possible for the deceased person to fully exclude one or more of his heirs by a will.

Even if deceased person transferred his/her properties to others when he is alive, heirs may have right to claim their rights through a lawsuit. Details of the transfer should be examined before taking a decision in this respect.
