Practice

Starting her career at Ernst&Young, she advised on corporate matters and M&A projects, she also worked in Turkey’s largest e-commerce company and advised on logistics and investments projects. In addition to that, she was the legal counsel of the Middle East and Africa region in a Swiss-headquartered specialty chemical company, where she experienced and assisted in cross border projects.

She advises local and multinational clients on corporate matters, restructuring, and M&A projects, and also assists clients in drafting complex commercial agreements.

​

Her areas of practice include Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts Law, and Employment Law. She works in Turkish and English.
